We ship all surfboard racks through Aramex, ensuring safe and reliable delivery across Australia.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on your location.
Most of the East Coast (including Tasmania) and South Australia: $50–$60
North Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory: around $100
When you enter your address in the cart, the exact shipping cost is automatically calculated. Your details aren’t saved until you proceed to checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 days. Delivery usually takes 3–10 days depending on your location
INSTALLATION & SETUP
Can I install my wall-mounted surfboard rack on any surface?
You can install your rack on most internal walls, but plasterboard walls require fixing into studs. If you’re unsure how to find the studs, use a stud finder or pre-drill a small test hole behind the rack position to confirm you’re fixing into solid timber.
What screws should I use for installation?
For plaster walls, we recommend 75mm batten screws, which we supply with your rack.
For brick or masonry walls, use a Ramset 7.5 x 60mm masonry screw or similar, installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Can I install my surfboard rack outside?
We don’t recommend outdoor installation because the exposed ply edges can weather over time. If you choose to install outside, apply a high-quality waterproof sealant to all raw edges and maintain it regularly to extend the rack’s life.
MATERIALS & DURABILITY
What are the racks made from?
We use 17mm F14 Formply, made from Radiata pine veneers bonded with a durable Type A resin for strength and longevity. The surface is coated with a hard, resin-impregnated paper that gives the rack a smooth, tough finish ideal for surfboard storage.

We only use your details to keep you updated during the delivery process. We won’t spam you or pressure you to buy more racks — unless you want to!

Will the rack fit longboards, shortboards and fish boards?
Yes. Our wall-mounted racks and freestanding racks are designed to suit most shortboards, longboards, fish shapes and hybrids. If you have a unique board size, we can build a custom surf rack to suit.
Can you build a custom-size surfboard rack?
Absolutely. If you need a rack with different spacing, capacity or measurements, we offer custom surfboard rack builds.
Do the racks come assembled?
Racks are shipped flat-packed for safe transport but are simple to assemble, with all required screws included.
Is hardware included?
Yes. All wall-mounted racks come with the correct screws for plaster installation. Masonry screws for brick walls can be purchased separately.
Do you offer local pickup?
If you're located near Barwon Heads / the Bellarine Peninsula, we can arrange local pickup. Contact us for availability.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products and pack all orders carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If there is an issue with your order, please review the policy below.
Defective Items on Arrival
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the problem and, if the item is confirmed to be defective on arrival, we will accept a return.
In these cases:
The customer is responsible for return postage costs
Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be arranged
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and unassembled
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been fully or partially assembled, or items that show signs of use.
Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
